Kourtnei Brown

Outside linebacker Kourtnei Brown was impressive during the first two preseason games. He racked up two sacks against the San Francisco 49ers and took an interception back 69 yards for a touchdown against the Denver Broncos.

He again made a play against New Orleans when he recovered a fumble after a sack by rookie linebacker Tony Washington, Jr.

The game against New Orleans wasn’t all good however, as “Hard Knocks” showed how often Brown struggled to cover his lanes and stop the run. He was even responsible for giving up one long touchdown run because he was out of position.

The 27-year old has been cut by five teams and is out of practice squad eligibility. This could be his last chance to make an NFL team, making this one of the biggest games of his career.

Next: One last chance
