If you waited until 10:07 am to print tickets, you waited too long. After “selling out” in ten minutes last year, the fans got to their printers even faster in 2015. According to Eric SanInocencio of the Houston Texans official website, six minutes was all it took for the thousands of tickets to disappear.
"Texans Training Camp tickets sold out in a record six minutes on Wednesday, with all allotted passes being claimed via HoustonTexans.com and Ticketmaster. The tickets and open practice dates, listed here, became available to the public at 10 am CT, and were completely sold out by 10:06. Thousands were snatched up by fans in that short time period, eclipsing last year’s mark of 10 minutes before being sold out."
Excitement is growing around this team as head coach Bill O’Brien seems to have them on the right path towards success. Add in a superstar defensive end in J.J. Watt, a franchise running back in Arian Foster and some young studs like receiver DeAndre Hopkins and it’s easy to see why people are so excited.
For those who did not get tickets, you can still get your up close and personal look at this year’s Houston Texans team as they appear on the popular HBO series, ‘Hard Knocks.’
