The last couple options are quite bad. Nick Foles is probably the best option and the last “upgrade” the Texans could find via free agency. It is debatable if the rest of the list is actually better suited in the Texans offense over Brian Hoyer and Ryan Mallett.

This link has the rest of the 2016 free agents. They list Russell Wilson as a free agent but the Seahawks have made it clear that Russell is not leaving the Seattle. I would say there is a 0% chance he is not a Seahawk for the next 5-7 years.
