Stephone Anthony could be exactly what the Texans are looking for from an inside linebacker. He has good size for the position, and performed well at the combine. His 40 yard time of 4.56 was third for all linebackers. Don’t let his numbers from this year trick you, though. His statistical production last year was much better, finishing with 131 tackles. Anthony has the size and speed to develop into a starting 3 down ILB for the Texans.
