Houston Texans: Three Free Agents Still Available

Mason Foster, Linebacker, 26 Years Old
Middle linebacker Mason Foster has started 54 of 56 games in his career and has been a superb tackler. In 2013 he had 92 tackles, two sacks and three interceptions, two of which he brought back for touchdowns. A dislocated shoulder limited him to ten games in 2014, but he still managed 62 tackles.
It is believed Foster didn’t really fit Tampa Bay Bucs head Coach Lovie Smith’s system, which explains why the team has not brought back the former third round pick. Inside linebacker depth is a need for the Texans and Foster could slide in as a starter for the team.
