Analysis: Locker has been a decent starter in this league.

While at Tennessee, it was expected the former first round pick would mature under head coach and offensive guru Ken Whisenhunt.

Instead, injuries once again limited his growth.

Locker still has the potential to be a solid starter in this league, if given the chance. He just needs to stay healthy long enough to grow into the role.
