Analysis: After a disastrous start to his career in Jacksonville, Gabbert found safe haven in San Francisco under former quarterback and head coach Jim Harbaugh.
His would be the ultimate redemption story, but Blaine still has a long way to go to prove he’s not one of the biggest bust in NFL history.
At only 25, Gabbert should be considered a developmental or project player, at most.
