• Arizona at Denver  4:05 p.m.
Michael Floyd WR (AZ)
Michael Floyd is about to break out to be one of the top wide outs in the NFL. Arizona is going to have to throw the ball a lot to keep up with Denver. This game script will be very beneficial to Floyd because he’s going to get a lot of targets.
Projections: 8 receptions, 115 yards.

• Kansas City at San Francisco 4:25 p.m.
Jamaal Charles RB (KC)
He looked really good against the Patriots last week, and the offense is going to lean on Charles until he can’t physically run anymore.
Projection: 80 yards rushing, one TD; 5 receptions, 35 yards

• NY Jets at San Diego 4:25 p.m.
Phillip Rivers QB (SD)
Rivers is at home this week playing against a bad pass defense in the Jets who have to make a long travel from New York. Expect Rivers to have a big game this week.
Projections: 280 yards, 2 TDs

• Cincinnati at New England 8:30 p.m.
Bengals Defense
Patriots QB Tom Brady is struggling this season, as the offensive line for the Patriots is having a rough go at it thus far in ’14. The Bengals’ defense is one of the best in the league. Enough said.
Projection: 20-plus fantasy points.

Monday, Oct. 6

Seattle at Washington 8:30 p.m.
Luke Wilson TE (SEA)
Like Austin Seferian-Jenkins, Wilson is a pick that I am going out on a limb on, so don’t start him unless you are desperate. Wilson is a young athletic TE who is going up against a weak Redskins defense that last week allowed three touchdowns to NYG TE Larry Donnell.
Projection: 3 receptions, 30 yards, one TD
