Sunday will be just the fourth time in history the Houston Texans and their in-state rival, the Dallas Cowboys, have met each other in the regular season.

In ’06, the Texans lost to the Cowboys, 34-6, and in their most recent meeting on Sept. 26, 2010 the Texans lost by a score of 27-13.
The Cowboys have also out-scored the Texans 71-38 in this series.
As for the ’14 season, the Texans are 3-1 overall with wins over the Washington Redskins (17-6), the Oakland Raiders (30-14) and the Buffalo Bills (23-17). The lone loss came against the New York Giants in Week 3 by a 30-17 score.
