Week 4: vs. Buffalo Bills

These two teams are about even, I believe, but how much better will the Bills be with EJ Manuel beginning his second season as the Bills’ starting QB? Plus they have a good running back tandem in CJ Spiller and Fred Jackson, if both are healthy.

This offseason, the Bills signed Mike Williams from the Buccaneers and Brandon Spikes and Anthony Dixon via free agency. One of their better moves was re-signing Scott Chandler at tight end.

They also signed Keith Rivers.
