NFL Mock Draft 3.0: Houston Texans take a QB

Welcome to the third installment of the Toro Times first round mock draft. I made a few changes this week by moving players around, adding some players into the first round and taking out a couple players who I had previously ranked high in the draft.

This week I used team needs provided by NFL.com.

This one is interesting to say the least. As always, let us know where you would have certain players drafted in 2014.
