If you didn’t realize with all the Super Bowl previews this week, Saturday is the announcement for the next members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. On the home page of Fansided.com there is an article profiling all of the finalists for the honor.
I have my favorites for who I would like to see selected for the Hall of Fame today, but I will save those thoughts for an article following the announcement of the players who were selected.
Texans quarterback Case Keenum said recently an interview with CSN Houston about the Super Bowl teams:
"“I tend to go back and forth and both teams are playing really well right now. I just like watching good play and being a quarterback I like watching good quarterback play.”"
I’m with Keenum about wanting to see good QB play in this game, but I’m starting to lean one way more with my Super Bowl prediction, which I’ll post on Sunday.
Over at the Ultimate Texans blog there is a story on tight end Owen Daniels and how he’s ready to start working with new head coach Bill O’Brien. The article quotes Daniels by saying:
"“I feel very lucky to play for two head coaches with schemes that utilize tight ends so much. I’m excited to work with him.”"
I really believe Daniels can continue his solid career with O’Brien leading the Texans. Now he just has to stay on the field all season.
