Glenn Carson, ILB, Penn State

As I wrote last week, O’Brien already knows about Carson, and getting a linebacker of his caliber in the seventh round could be huge for this defense.

Carson was first in tackles at PSU this past season with 90 total (43 solo) in 12 games with one sack and three pass deflections.

He could provide depth at ILB for the Texans, a position where the Texans could use some depth.
