So if the Houston Texans were to wait and draft a quarterback in the second round or later, and draft defense in the first round, who are some of the quarterbacks that will possibly be available in the second round or later?

I’m still steadfast on the Texans selecting a quarterback in the first round, with their No. 1 overall draft choice, but we have a few months until the pick is officially made, and I’m not so sure as to what this team will do when it comes to the draft.

Let’s say for argument’s sake, the Texans take a wait-and-see approach and not select a QB until the second round or later … here are some of the possible QB selections for the Texans that aren’t in the first round, where they could select in rounds two or three.

That means the following players won’t be profiled: Teddy Bridgewater, Blake Bortles, Johnny Manziel and Derek Carr.
