Maybe he was well liked by Kubiak, but after failing with Trindon Holliday and Jacoby Jones the 2013 season continued with poor special teams play in the hands of Keshawn Martin. His firing was called for before the season began and mercifully came the same day as Gary Kubiak was given his walking papers.
