Mike Shanahan – Washington Redskins

This was a very smart move by the Redskins, as I believe Shanahan’s time as an NFL coach should be over.

Honestly, what has he done since 1998? Not much, if you ask me.

He lost control of his team, and they didn’t play with much passion towards the end of the season, not to forget the entire RGIII mess.

This team has some upside if they hire the right guy who can handle working for the Redskins.
