The annual spectacle that is “NFL Black Monday” began earlier this month when the Houston Texans fired Gary Kubiak but continued Monday with five more coaches being fired by their respective teams.

Late Sunday night, the Cleveland Browns started “Black Monday” a little early when they gave Rob Chudzinski the heave-ho after just one year on the job following their 20-7 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday.

The Texans started even before that when they fired Kubiak in early December.

Here are the current head coaching firings as of Monday afternoon with my thoughts on each decision. There is a possibility of more coaching changes coming in the NFL sooner rather than later.
