Looking forward to the offseason, what is the No. 1 position the Titans need to really improve on and why?

The Titans need consistency and trust at quarterback. Can they trust in Jake Locker to remain healthy? Will they open up their offense with him much like they have done with Ryan Fitzpatrick? Is there any way to eliminate Fitzpatrick’s gun-slinging mentality in close fourth-quarter games, a trait that has cost this team numerous games?
