What are your thoughts on why Peyton Manning seems to have his way with the Texans when he faces them?

"I think the fact that the Texans like to bring a heavy blitz really benefits him. He’s the best in the business at reading defenses and he’s always had a solid slot receiver to catch those quick passes underneath. Also when he’s faced the Texans, he’s never had to play in terrible weather.”"
