Rankings 21-25

21. St. Louis Rams – The Rams have a lot of work ahead of them this offseason.

22. Cleveland Browns — They almost had the upset of the week, possibly season, but they were unable to stop being the Browns long enough to keep a late lead against Tom Brady.

23. New York Giants — The Giants just are not a good football team.

24. Tennessee Titans — I think they might be looking for some new coaches next season … and a quarterback.

25. Tampa Bay Buccaneers — Greg Schiano deserves another season as the head coach.
