Greetings Texans Fans!

The word is out, the Houston Texans have also released much maligned special teams coach Joe Marciano Friday, this comes on the heels of former head coach Gary Kubiak being released.

Today has been a rough day for the Texans coaching staff, and we all understand that hopes and dreams are being dashed here however, this is the one firing you’ll find few disagreeing with.

Well perhaps the question must be asked “Why did you wait so long?” but we’ll let that slide.

It took him long enough, but Bob McNair is laying out the reality of a new Texans direction, and this is good. This team has far too much talent to be where they are at.

The upshot in the draft position is merely a bittersweet prize for one of the most horrific implosions in modern football. Here’s hoping that the changes come with positive and swift results for all involved.
