The Toro Times recently conducted a question and answer with Daniel Lago, the editor of Black & Teal, the Fansided site about the Jacksonville Jaguars for the second meeting between the Jaguars and the Houston Texans this season. The game will take place this Thursday on the NFL Network.

Jacksonville enters the game with three wins on the year, having won their past two games against the Texans and the Cleveland Browns.

The Texans have been stuck at two wins since September, with a current losing streak of 10 games. The loser of this game will more than likely have the first overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Here are the thoughts before the game from Black & Teal.
