Happy Thanksgiving Texans Nation, we at the Toro Times hope the best for you on this holiday.
Houston doesn’t play on Thanksgiving, but there are still three quality games on the schedule today. But as we watch the games, let’s not forget about the Texans’ upcoming game Sunday vs. the New England Patriots.
As for the the Houston Texans on this holiday, let’s visit House of Houston where Yoni Pollak wrote an article titled, “Houston, We Don’t Have a Problem,” where he talks about being a fan of Houston sports.
In his article, Pollak writes:
"“Do I think things will get better next season? Well, it’s hard for them not too. At 2-9, the Texans are the worst team in the AFC and will likely finish with a top 1-8 pick in April’s draft.”"
On the Houston Chronicle Ultimate Texans blog, Brian T. Smith quotes Case Keenum on Tom Brady in an article titled “Case Keenum holds Tom Brady in high regard,” saying:
"““I respect how competitive he is. You can see it all over his face. You can see it with his teammates and how he interacts with those guys. I think that alone, just being the fierce competitor that he is, I enjoy watching that.””"
Also on Ultimate Texans, Smith posted on Arian Foster’s surgery and rehab, saying:
"“The surgery went well and the timing of his return to football will depend on his progression through the rehabilitation program.”"
At ESPN, Tania Ganguli wrote about Case Keenum working on trust. She wrote in her article,
"“He’s emphasizing trusting his reads and progressions, something that’s been an issue for Keenum. Texans offensive coordinator Rick Dennison said there were times on Sunday when Keenum didn’t pull the trigger when he should have. “"
