Case Keenum will have his best game to date

This is a picture-perfect opportunity for Case Keenum to prove his worth to head coach Gary Kubiak this week and to keep Matt Schaub on the bench.

The Jaguars don’t possess a quality NFL defense, and for a quarterback who is making just his fifth start, this is the type of team he needs to face to make the improvement his coaching staff is looking for. Keenum has already played many quality defenses so far this season, so that type of competition could really be to his advantage today.

If Keenum doesn’t have a signature game against Jacksonville, then that means the Texans may look into a different direction at QB next season.
