Kubiak wants out of Houston and has decided to take the team with him.

The thinking on this one, as a fan told me over two beers and a shot of, well I’m not sure what it was, things got fuzzy after that. Anyway the crux of the argument is that Kubiak feels like his ability to coach the team has been compromised as Rick Smith’s power has risen. Kubiak wants to coach, not kiss Smith’s rear and this is Kubiak’s way of revenge.
