NBC sideline reporter Michele Tafoya said the Houston Texans told her that head coach Gary Kubiak did not have a heart attack.

Other than that, the Texans said they had no more news to report.

Video showed Kubiak being transported in an ambulance, as NBC said defensive coordinator Wade Phillips told them was a precautionary trip. Kubiak’s family is with him at an area hospital.

Kubiak has been the Texans’ head coach since 2006.

Phillips, the Texans’ defensive coordinator and a former NFL head coach, has taken over for the rest of the game as the head coach.

Earlier this week Denver Broncos head coach Jon Fox collapsed on their bye week while playing golf due to a heart problem.

The Texans led 21-3 at halftime.

The Toro Times sends best wishes for a speedy recovery to Coach Kubiak.
