Prediction: 41-10.

Houston has a wealth of receiver talent coming on line and Ben Tate while not Arian Foster, is a force of his own to reckon with. This being the last year of his contract expect him to make the most out of every carry. There is far too much talent on the Texans side of the ball for them not to light up the scoreboard.  Schaub should see three TD’s and one INT to go with a couple of scampering runs by both Foster and Tate. It wouldn’t be a Texans game without at least two field goals for good measure.

Phillip Rivers has had serious trouble throwing under pressure and facing Houston, an offensive line learning to play together as well as limited passing targets means unless the Chargers running game behind Ryan Mathews gets going and going early it’s going to be a long painful night for Chargers fans… like having to watch Miley Cyrus twerking sort of painful. A short pass to Gates on the first drive of the third quarter and a late game field goal should be all the Charges muster against a superior opponent.
