CBS Sports Senior NFL Columnist Pete Prisco listed who he thought were the most overrated and underrated players on each NFL roster. For the Houston Texans, he listed Arian Foster and Brandon Brooks.

Foster, a running back, was listed as the most overrated player on the Texans, while offensive guard, Brooks, was the most underrated player on the team.

On Foster, Prisco said:

"“Yeah, he’s done some good things, but he’s starting to break down. And how much better is he than a young player who would get the same number of carries?”"

What do all of you think of that comment?

I don’t believe Foster is the best running back in the game, and he may be breaking down from what he used to be due to injuries, but he’s still better (when healthy) than a lot of the running backs in the game. Right?

Prisco said of Brooks:

"“On a down year for their line, he had a solid season at right guard to claim that spot as his own.”"

Brooks is a very solid pro who deserves more credit than what he receives.

Continuing on what Prisco said of Foster … this is a very big year for the running back, as head coach Bill O’Brien seems to be the type of head coach that doesn’t take too kindly to poor play or players who aren’t on the field.

If Foster is unable to hold up following his offseason back surgery, I don’t see him being on the team in 2015. If he proves he can hold up to the NFL grid this season, I see a lot of the Texans’ offense going through the running back in 2014.
