According to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, he says the Houston Texans have narrowed down their list of prospects to a final four.

McClain says the final four for the Texans are Jadeveon Clowney, Johnny Manziel, Blake Bortles and Khalil Mack, depending on where the Texans draft.

Here is the tweet by McClain:

There is no way the Texans should take Manziel or Bortles with the first pick, now if they trade down and feel one of them is worth the sixth pick, OK, I would understand, but not with the No. 1 pick.

The only player on this list I see being the No. 1 overall pick as we are 10 days away from the draft is Clowney. The others, I can see being the No. 6 pick, and not having a problem with it.

In an NFL.com article where Texans owner Bob McNair said the next rookie QB could sit behind a veteran this upcoming season, it states in a quote by McNair:

"“I think the main thing I look back on is that we should have had a veteran quarterback in there. We should have let him start the season and let David learn what it takes to be an NFL quarterback.”"

The next 10 days are going to be very interesting to see where we finally can figure out what exactly the Texans are going to do.
