Here is the Toro Times’ second installment of the 2014 NFL Mock Draft. For this draft, I have the Texans going with a quarterback instead of defense with the first overall selection.

Like I wrote last week, that pick will set the tone for the draft and shape the draft as to where players will be selected.

I still believe the No. 1 overall selection is still a mystery, because it is not certain if the Texans will even use the pick themselves, but they could still trade the pick for more picks in the first round.

Here is the second installment of the first-round mock draft from the Toro Times.

The Eagles do need olb’s but wouldn’t you say shazier projects as a 4-3 olb and the Eagles run a 3-4 they need a dominate pass rush at olb not a convert project not with a first rd pick anyway especially not with j gilbert on the board.attachou is a better fit and could be had in the second.
