The past seven days for the AFC South has been a bit wacky to say the least.

There is now a three-way tie for the division lead, the Indianapolis Colts traded for a running back (Trent Richardson), the Houston Texans showed weakness (lost in a blowout), the Tennessee Titans continued to improve (won for the second time) and the Jacksonville Jaguars managed to score some points at least (scored more in week three and first two weeks combined).

This division is very tough right now (except for the Jaguars), but with a three-way tie after three games, it will be a toss-up as to who’ll eventually come out on top as champions. A lot will happen in the next 13 games (14 weeks) of the regular season.

As for week three, the Texans lost in embracing fashion 30-9 to the Baltimore Ravens, the Titans won 20-17 against the San Diego Chargers and the Colts defeated the San Francisco 49ers, 27-7. The Jaguars lost to the Seattle Seahawks, 45-17.

Let’s look at the standings of the AFC South.
