The Capital One Bowl will have No. 19 Wisconsin (9-3, 6-2 Big Ten) against No. 9 South Carolina (10-2, 6-2 SEC) at 1 p.m. on ABC. The game will be played in Orlando, Fla.

Wisconsin has 13 players on the CBS Baord and we’ll take a closer look at inside linebacker Chis Borland, the third ranked ILB on their list.

Borland is projected to be selected in the second or third round with a height of 5-11 and weight of 246 pounds. The ILB has been timed with a 40-yard dash of 4.76.

He was selected first-team All-Big Ten by the coaches.

His analysis by Rob Rang says:

"“Heady, passionate player. Consistently diagnoses action correctly, attacking seams to make plays near the line of scrimmage and showing better than advertised speed … Despite stellar production, Borland’s pedestrian size and athleticism hurt.”"

South Carolina has seven players on the list, and yes, we are looking at the star of the game in defensive end Jadeveon Clowney.

CBS has Clowney as the No. 2 overall player and No. 1 DE in the draft.

He’s 6-5, 268 pounds and runs a 4.56 40-yard dash.

In his overview on his CBS draft page is says:

"“Unlike most collegiate pass rushers, Clowney owns a complete game, based on spectacular athleticism and refined technique. He complements his speed rush with a terrific interior move and has the strength, toughness and vision to star against the run.”"

He could be you next Houston Texan player as they could use their No. 1 overall selection to draft the DE.
