I hear the Cleveland Browns have their eyes on Ben Tate, great let’s make it happen and get some value for him.

What Cleveland has to offer, maybe an offensive lineman, a second round pick? Heck they have two first round picks and Rick Smith is pretty crafty at getting value let him loose.

Why do this though?

This “spread the wealth” in touches isn’t getting it done on the ground. Neither running back, nor the offense is really finding consistency. We know Tate is leaving us in 2014, we have a third running back let’s use Mr. Wood to spell Arian Foster and get the offense on track.  The biggest advantage here would be allowing Foster to concentrate on the running from the word go.
