Good morning Houston! With OTA’s going on this week we have plenty of Houston Texans news for you.

There’s no doubt that Duane Brown holding out for a new contract is a surprise. I guess he didn’t like watching so many free agents getting paid this offseason.

The NFL has made some interesting rule changes. Some good and some not so good.
