"Texans quarterback Brian Hoyer passed the concussion protocol Monday morning and is cleared to play, coach Bill O’Brien said.Hoyer suffered a concussion that caused memory problems in the third quarter of the Texans’ win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Nov. 16. He missed Sunday’s game against the New York Jets as backup T.J. Yates led Houston (5-5) to a 24-17 victory."
