The Houston Texans have jumped up seven spots in the CBS Sports NFL Power Rankings by NFL Senior Writer Pete Prisco after four games.

The Texans are ranked at 13th overall, as they are set to face the Dallas Cowboys this Sunday. Both teams are 3-1 overall. coming of Week 4 wins.

The Cowboys are 10th on Prisco’s CBS Sports Power Rankings.

As for what Prisco wrote about the Texans, he said the following:

"“At 3-1, how good are they? Does it matter? All that counts is the record. Their game with the Cowboys this week will tell a lot.”"

I really like where the Texans are ranked, because they’ve earned this ranking, after being at the bottom of the list last season.

The Texans’ defense seems to be coming to life under Romeo Crennel, and J.J. Watt is playing some of the best football of any player in the NFL.

As for the rest of the AFC South, the Colts are ranked 11th, followed by the Tennessee Titans at 30th and the Jacksonville Jaguars at 31st.

The Cincinnati Bengals, who are 4-0 overall, are the No. 1 ranked team.
