Texans star tight end Garrett Graham has been sidelined by a back injury. Bill O’Brien indicated this injury is not expected to be a long term issue. C.J. Fiedorowicz is set to start should Graham’s injury keep him out. This young, large rookie will get a chance to get the fans respect on his first game up in the NFL. That’s not a bad gig for the young man. That Graham is only down for a game or so, it’s a good taste of what he’s really getting himself into. The Texans will need C. J. to really stand out not just in run blocking which he excelled at in college but his hands as a pass catcher. During the preseason C. J. showed he’s not just some big body. He’s a threat that could cause defenses a serious headache.

Jadeveon Clowney will be out there Sunday, proving his minor set back during the preseason after being held out due to a concussion prior to the Denver isn’t going to be an issue. With Robert Griffin III running the Redskins offense, you need speed to contain. Clowney will have a chance to really wow the NFL world the way he did the college scene. Fans will be eagerly waiting for anytime they see 90-99 lined up side by side.

Sunday’s one day closer, kick off can’t get here soon enough. Bill O’Brien massively overhauled a team one season removed from a 12-4 record. A team that fell about has fast and as hard as a team can collapse. He worked magic at Penn State, now he has to lead the Texans to a tough home win against an offense that is stocked with deep threat passes and a wily quarterback who can make you pay with his feet. A tall order, and a win Sunday at home will get the fans fully on board with the Bill O’Brien era!
