Houston Texans: More cuts on Saturday

The Houston Texans have to get their roster down to 53 players on Saturday afternoon, and here are some of the cuts thus far from the weekend, as the names of the players were reported by the Ultimate Texans blog.

As the Houston Chronicle stated on their site, there could be more cuts on Sunday after the Texans sign players from the free agents list from other cuts made by NFL teams.

Here are the current players that have been cut by the Texans this weekend:

The Texans open the 2014 NFL season next Sunday as they host the Washington Redskins. The Texans were an NFL-worst 2-14 last season and are coached by first-year NFL head coach Bill O’Brien.
