J.J. Watt and Barbara Bush 'tackle illiteracy'

Here is something fun for a Friday afternoon from the Twitter account of Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt:

Tackling illiteracy is a good cause, and this just makes for a great picture.

As for the football field this past season, Watt tackled the opposition 80 times, with 10.5 sacks and four forced fumbles.

After three seasons in the NFL, Watt has 217 career tackles, 36.5 sacks and eight forced fumbles, so if he and the Mrs. Barbara Bush tackle illiteracy like he does the opponent on the football field, I say whatever they are working on will have a lot of success.

In more football news, it was announced earlier this week that the Texans will host the Washington Redskins in Week 1 at Reliant Stadium in Houston on Sunday, Sept. 7 at 1 p.m. EST on FOX.
