We are less than a month away before the 2014 NFL Draft. In 29 days the Houston Texans will finally officially answer the biggest question of the offseason … Who will be drafted No. 1 overall?

Speaking of the draft, here is a “No-QBs” version of a mock draft as posted by NFL Spin Zone, a FanSided network.

Their mock draft description says:

"“It’s not going to happen, but could you imagine a situation in which no quarterbacks were taking in the 2014 NFL Draft … this mock draft has a little bit of a “worst-case scenario” feel for some teams by limiting the pool of prospects.”"

I would love to see an actual NFL draft be like this, because one it would be shocking, and secondly how fun would it see steam come from Mel Kiper’s ears during a draft like this?

You have to admit the reactions of something like this would be high-quality entertainment. Could you imagine Twitter with something like this happening?

By the way, this draft from NFL Spin Zone has the Texans drafting Jadeveon Clowney No. 1 overall.

In other Texans news:

• Over at ESPN.com they had a poll about whether the Texans are in a lousy draft position? What do you think?

I don’t think it is “that” lousy because they get to pick the player who they believe is best for their team. I like to describe the No.1 overall selection as being the “most stressful” position of the draft. The No. 1 overall pick isn’t lousy, that was how the team played in 2013.
