Houston Texans Monday Roundup

The NFL league meetings start today, and as ESPN.com’s Tania Ganguli wrote today one thing that will happen Monday is the awarding of compensatory draft picks.

These draft picks are important for teams, as it gives them even more selections in the 2014 NFL Draft.

The article on ESPN.com stated:

“This year’s compensatory selections will be based on last year’s free-agency period when the Texans had outside linebacker Connor Barwin, safety Glover Quin and punter Donnie Jones depart in free agency.”

Now we’ll just wait and see what the Texans receive this draft in terms of extra picks.
