Welcome to the fourth installment of the Toro Times first round mock draft. This week, like last week, will have players moving around as some teams will be drafting for need, and others for the best player available, because we all know that happens as well.

This mock, I have it being heavy on offensive tackles in the first round. This draft also differs in more than a few ways to some of my other mocks from the past three weeks.

For comparison, here are links to my first three mock drafts:

Mock Draft 1.0 (Jan. 21)

Mock Draft 2.0 (Jan. 28)

Mock Draft 3.0 (Feb. 4)
