Houston Texans 7-Round Mock Draft 2.0

Each Tuesday until the NFL Draft in May, the Toro Times will post a seven-round mock draft of the Houston Texans in trying to predict which players they will select to improve the team for the 2014 season and beyond.

Here is the second edition of the seven-round Texans draft, as this week we used a mock draft simulator where I drafted for the Texans and a program picked for the rest of the NFL teams.
