Rankings 6-10

6. Carolina Panthers (7): Cam Newton and Co. rebounded after last week’s loss.

7. Cincinnati Bengals (4): This team always has problems on the national slate. Can any Cincinnati sports team win in Pittsburgh?

8. Kansas City Chiefs (8): The Chiefs are dominating the teams they should. Jamaal Charles is still scoring touchdowns.

9. Chicago Bears (10): Watch out for this team. If Jay Cutler and the defense play that well for the remainder of the year, they’ll be dangerous.

10. Indianapolis Colts (11): What a difference a week … and having the Houston Texans on the schedule … can make.

Maybe and maybe not GB should be ranked that low – but now that Flynn has been able to practice and play and has proved at least an average if not better NFL QB talent, Rodgers back soon, Boykin getting better every week, Lacey causing angst for defenses, TE Andrew Quarless continuously improving, and their DB squad finally playing at full strength and cohesiveness, they can easily beat most of those teams ranked ahead of them. The season finale with GB in Chicago is lining up as a very big one, possibly for the division title. daBears go to Philly and GB is hosting the Steelers next week, so GB could easily move ahead of daBears, and, daLions can easily lose to Ravens and/or at daVikings in week 17. This division should rank as a three-way tie in rankings – same as their records indicate.
