Jon Gruden,
former Super Bowl champion coach/ESPN Analyst

Gruden will come up in this conversation for sure, and for good reason. Watching him on Monday Night Football every week, it is easy to see he still has the passion for the game.

Gruden has a good coaching pedigree from the Mike Holmgren tree, plus he is a former Super Bowl champion coach with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

What I like about Gruden is he can coach young quarterbacks, which is what the Texans will be doing next season in either keep Case Keenum or drafting the next starting QB.

Gruden can also bring some passion back to this team and give them not just a spark, but a full-fledged fire, because this team has none of that right now.
