The poll question for today is a bit of a tough one because both winning a game is always fun, but a loss could help the team in the future.

The question for this week is: Do you want the Houston Texans to win anymore in 2013?

I know, we all want the team to win as many games as possible in a given season, but a win tomorrow against the Jacksonville Jaguars would hurt the Texans in May’s NFL Draft.

If the Jaguars defeat the Texans, and with the remaining schedule the Texans have, it looks as though the Texans (2-10) won’t win another game this season, meaning they will indeed hold the No. 1 overall draft choice.

If the Texans win Thursday, they still probably won’t win another game this season, but they would fall to between the 2-5 in the draft with three games remaining on the schedule.

So do you want the Texans to win against the three-win Jaguars and maybe give up the potential No. 1 overall draft choice, or would you rather snap a 10-game losing streak and take your chances on other teams winning their final few games of the season?

I know this is a big “what if” scenario, but with this team, this season, but it is a logical question.

Which do you want …. the No. 1 overall draft pick or the losing streak to be over?

Do you want the Houston Texans to win anymore in 2013?

  • No, I'd rather they get closer to the No. 1 overall draft pick (73%, 30 Votes)
  • Yes, I want them to break the 10-game losing streak (27%, 11 Votes)

Total Voters: 41
