Stop Maurice Jones-Drew

The previous meeting saw MJD have one of his best games of the season with 84 yards on 14 carries and one touchdown. In fact, that is the best game by Jones-Drew this season, but this past weekend, he rushed for 77 yards on 23 carries against the Cleveland Browns.

In the meeting a couple weeks ago, the running back averaged 6.0 yards per carry, as his season average is 3.2 ypc.

Stopping MJD will crush the Jaguars’ offense, and if the Texans can do that, they will force Chad Henne to pass the ball more, which I believe is in the Texans’ advantage because they will allow J.J. Watt to wreak havoc with his pass rush.

Stop MJD, and the Texans improve their chances of winning.
