Oakland Raiders (4-7) at Dallas Cowboys (6-5)

Just like the Detroit Lions in the first game, this game for the Dallas Cowboys is custom built for a win.

For the Cowboys, their offensive stats just barely trail the Raiders, but they are in a battle for first place in the NFC East, so any win they can get for the next five weeks is huge for them as they are tied with the Philadelphia Eagles with 6-5 records.

What I’m interested in with this game is seeing how the Cowboys involve Dez Bryant even more in the offense and if the Cowboys take advantage of a Raiders passing defense that allows 258.1 yards per game.

On the other hand, Oakland is starting Matt McGloin again, and the rookie QB gets to face a Dallas defense that allows 432.2 yards per game, including 298.5 yards through the air per game.

This game could be a shootout as neither of these teams are known for their stout defensive play, so it could be entertaining, if nothing else.

My player to watch is DeMarco Murray of the Cowboys. Just watch … it could be the best game he’ll have all season.

I still believe this is the Cowboys’ game to lose because they have a lot more on the line. The game kicks off at 4:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.

Game Prediction: Cowboys 28, Raiders 21
