¡Hola! This week’s food blog has a Mexican theme. I’m shaking things up!
Both of these recipes are delicious. The soup can be made ahead if need be, but the tacos, obviously, are for at-home parties or get-togethers. No one wants to carry, or smell, fish in a cooler. Just saying.
Anyway, both of these recipes are DELICIOUS, and they’re very open to your own interpretations or “spins.” Love spice? Add more peppers! Like milder flavors? Add less! You can add more or fewer vegetables! These recipes are great on their own or could be improved with your ideas and adjustments.
