Texans vs. Ravens: 1st half Report

The Houston Texans trail the Baltimore Ravens, 17-9 at the half in Baltimore.

In the opening two quarters, Texans quarterback Matt Schaub was 13-of-18 for 96 yards with one interception and no touchdowns.

Arian Foster has rushed for 46 yards on nine carries and Ben Tate has 32 yards on seven rushes.

Owen Daniels has four receptions for 25 yards , one going for 13 yards. Andre Johnson has four receptions for 24 yards and DeAndre Hopkins has two catches for 34 yards.

All three Texan scores came from kicker Randy Bullock for 27 yards, 29 yards and 47 yards. Last week he was 0-for-3 in field goal attempts.

Ravens kicker Justin Tucker has a 28-yard field goal and their first touchdown came from a 37-yard interception return by Daryl Smith. Their second TD came from Tandon Doss on an 87-yard punt return.

The Texans had 157 yards of offense in the opening half against the Ravens in Baltimore.

Penalties have hurt the Texans in the opening half with seven total for 77 yards. They had the ball for 18:21 in the first two quarters. The Ravens had possession of the ball for under 12 minutes in the first half as both of their touchdowns came on special teams and defense.
